We are looking for a kind, caring, passionate practitioner to join our team.

Requirements;

  1. Unqualified / Level 2 / Level 3 in Childcare
  2. Full time / part time available
  3. MUST be able to commit to full days
  4. All year round
  5. Vacancies are with the Babies and Toddlers (0-2 years)
  6. Level 2/3 applicants MUST have experience working with under 2s

Salary Guide:

Early Years Practitioner: Level 3 (£28,000-£33,000)

Role Requirements

  1. Plan, create and implement engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones
  2. Observing, tracking and reflecting on learning
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents
  4. Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
  5. Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day to day basis
  6. Work under the guidance of the Room Leader

Early Years Practitioner: Level 2 (£27,000-£30,000)

Role Requirements

  1. Plan, create and implement engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones
  2. Observing, tracking and reflecting on learning using our "Famly" app
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents 
  4. Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies of the Nursery are followed at all times
  5. Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day to day basis
  6. Work under the guidance of the Room Leader

Lower School Room Leader

Salary range: £32,000 - £35,000

Role Requirements


  • Manage a staff team within your room 
  • Work in collaboration with the other Room Leaders within the Nursery 
  • Responsible for overall planning and learning development for the room of children 
  • Plan, create and implement engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones
  • Observing, tracking and reflecting on learning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day to day basis


What we’re looking for

  • Dedicated individual keen to develop their own career and the careers of others 
  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Previous experience working with under-twos (preferred) 
  • Previous experience of a management or leadership position (preferred) 
  • Confident decision maker
  • Collaborative worker
