Nursery Practitioner

Little Cherubs Nursery School has been delivering the highest quality education for over 20 years. The nursery is open for 42 weeks a year from 8.30am to 5.45pm and we take children from their first birthday until they go to school. Our unique offer combines educational excellence with opening hours that work for you; a one-of-a-kind nursery that celebrates joy, discovery and a sense of awe and wonder at the world and its opportunities.

We are looking for a kind, caring, experienced nursery practitioner to join the team.

Requirements;

• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare
• Full time
• Shifts between 8am - 6pm (Early 8am - 5pm) or (Late 9am - 6pm)

The role of a Nursery Practitioner is to foster an engaging, nurturing, and dynamic learning environment that supports each child's development and educational journey by planning and executing educational activities that are age-appropriate and cater to the diverse needs of

children. The Nursery Practitioner is pivotal in building strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring a partnership that encourages child development and learning. By maintaining rigorous standards of care, cleanliness, and safety, and by adhering to the highest safeguarding principles, the Nursery Practitioner plays a critical role in creating an inclusive, warm and welcoming setting that promotes curiosity, discovery and a love for learning aligned with requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS).
