In the peaceful rural village of Greens Norton you’ll find Hedgehog Hill, conveniently located just over one mile from the Northamptonshire town of Towcester. Hedgehog Hill has been part of the Best Start nursery for nine years.
We are looking for a kind, caring, enthusiatic practitioner to join the team here at Hedgehog Hill.
Requirements;
- Level 2/3 in Childcare
- 5 days per week (40 hours)
- 8-6 (Flexible working hours) i.e. 8-5 or 9-6
- All year round (Closed between Christmas and New Year)
Duties include:
- To work as part of a team within and out of your room to help with the smooth running of the day. Good communication and time management.
- To safeguard the children within our setting and to ensure safeguarding training is current and up to date.
- To provide a stimulating environment for each individual child. Following the Childs learning style and interests.
- To work in a team to deliver the 16 commitments of the E.Y.F.S 2021, to be aware of and work regarding statutory requirements EYFS 2021, whilst adhering to Best Start Nurseries policies & Procedures, The children’s Act 2004, Ofsted guidelines, welfare requirements and health & safety legislation.
- To ensure confidentiality throughout the nursery at all times.
