Currently, they are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team, in the Toddler Room. They can look at different working patterns for the right candidate to provide that work/life balance!
The role entails the following responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional care and creating outstanding learning opportunities.
- Ensuring children learn and develop through enjoyable play activities.
- Planning and executing activities suitable for each child's developmental stage.
- Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children.
- Conducting accurate and effective assessments of children's development.
