We're Hiring: Level 3 Nursery SEND Co-ordinator
Location: Cherry Tree Day Nursery
Hours: Full-Time

Your Role
As our SEND Co-ordinator, you will:
- Lead and support staff in identifying and meeting children's individual needs
- Develop and oversee strategies and support plans for children with SEND
- Build strong partnerships with parents, external agencies, and professionals
- Champion inclusion and advocate for the voice of every child

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years or equivalent
- Experienced or confident in supporting children with SEND
- Compassionate, enthusiastic, and ready to lead with heart
- Organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator
