We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our friendly team and support our current Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality early years education and care. This is a full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a warm, supportive environment.
Early Years Deputy Manager – All year round / Full Time
Location: Reddish, Stockport
Hours: 7:30 - 5:30
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery

Support and mentor staff to ensure outstanding care and education

Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards

Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team
Requirements:

Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a nursery setting

A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
