Hours: 32.5 hours per week + 5 training days
Nurse Seekers are working on behalf of a fantastic specialist School in Stratford-upon-Avon who are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Support: Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum, fostering independence and self-esteem.
- Support for Pupils: Work with individuals or small groups, promoting focus, independence, and personal care as needed.
- Classroom Assistance: Prepare and maintain the learning environment, support behaviour management, and help with administrative tasks.
- Professionalism: Uphold school policies, values, and safeguarding protocols.
