Early Years Practitioner – to start September 2025
We are currently recruiting an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly Nursery team providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children, from 6 months to 4 years of age.
Vacancy
- Salary: to be discussed at interview
- Hours: Full time or Part time, working Monday to Friday
- Shift patterns: between the hours of 7.30am – 6.00pm
- Qualification: Level 2 or 3 in childcare

A knowledge of the independent school sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
Day-to-day tasks include working in partnership with parents, carers, and professionals to promote the well-being of the children, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, and assisting with creative displays within the Nursery.
You will have experience of working within a similar setting and be able to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment. You will have a childcare qualification, ideally NVQ 2 or 3 qualified and know the EYFS curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.
Early Years Apprentice – to start September 2025
We are currently recruiting an Early Years Apprentice to join our friendly Nursery team providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children, from 6 months to 4 years of age.
Vacancy
- Salary: to be discussed at interview
- Hours of Work: 30 hours, Full time flexible shifts Monday to Friday, 50 weeks a year, with additional hours available
- Shift Patterns: 7.30am - 4.30pm. 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9am – 6pm
- Contract: Fixed term for 18 months for completion of apprenticeship
