Nursery Nurse

Currently, they seek a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner who shares their commitment to excellence in childcare. To qualify, all you need is a genuine passion for early childhood development, a dedication to providing outstanding care, and an LV3 Qualification in Childcare.
Key Duties:
- Demonstrate a sincere enthusiasm for the Early Years domain
- Provide exemplary learning opportunities and exceptional care
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children are safeguarded and promoted
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Organize and sanitize instruments
- Foster effective communication with colleagues and parents/carers to cater to individual children's needs
- Serve as a keyworker for a designated group of children, ensuring their daily needs are met
- Offer parents professional feedback on their child's progress and daily experiences
