Early Steps Daycare is a newly established, nurturing nursery setting dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to children aged 2–5 years. We pride ourselves on creating a child-centred, engaging, and creative environment where children can thrive, grow, and prepare for a successful transition into primary education.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our passionate team
Requirements;
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- 5 days per week
- 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
- Pernament
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within Childcare
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate and stimulating activities for children aged 9 months to 5 years.

Observe, record, and assess children's development and learning progress.

Build strong and positive relationships with parents/carers and maintain open communication.

Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and hygiene of all children in your care.

Uphold safeguarding, child protection and health & safety procedures at all times.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the wider nursery team.

Early Steps Daycare is a new nursery taking in children aged 9 months - 5 years.
Its founders are two loving parents (a qualified primary school teacher and a qualified social worker) with a strong passion for childcare, rooted in their respective experience in education and social services.
Although in its infancy, Early Steps’ values are rooted in its commitment to providing a comprehensive childcare service for parents and guardians, utilising the breadth of knowledge and experience gained from working within the education sector as well as working with children’s.
