Job description:
We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 or above) who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to delivering the highest standards of early years education and care.
Vacancy:
- 40 hours
- 7.30am - 6pm (7.30am-4pm/8am-4.30pm/8.30am-5pm/9.30am-6pm)
- 5 days, 8 hour shifts. 4 full days may be considered
- Level 3 qualification
- Level 2's MAY be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s development, learning and wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment
- Uphold safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential)
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
- Enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references
