We are looking for full time and part time (all year round) Level 3 qualified nursery practitioners to join our purpose built nurseries in Poole.
The current salary for a 38.5 hour week all year round position is £25,225.20 (£12.60) These rates are effective for all applicants regardless of age

The Nursery Practitioner is to work in partnership with the Team Leader and Nursery Manager to ensure high quality, education and care that meets the needs of the young children and their families ensuring compliance with all company policies, Health and Safety Law, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Pan Dorset Safeguarding Procedures.

The Nursery Practitioner is responsible to the room Team Leader, Nursery Manager and the Managing Director of Cuddles Day Nursery.
The main responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner are as follows:
- Childcare and Learning
- To engage in high quality interactions with all children therefore ensuring good practice.
- To ensure the calm, smooth running of the room, especially at lunchtimes
- To act as a key person to a group of children, liaising closely with the parents / carers and ensuring that each child’s needs are recognised and met through the intervention of high quality practice.
- To keep confidential any information regarding the children, their families or other staff which is gained as part of the role.
